Camden Roundhouse Work Experience
In a few hours I'll be popping off to Chalk Farm for my Red Top Magazine Work Experience. I've already missed two weeks in a row due to illness (ahem), so I want to go and catch up on things that I've missed.
Basically, I'm in a team that currently is compiling the forthcoming issue of Red Top Magazine, the accomopanying magazine to the acclaimed music venue. My pacticular job is to write a basic preview, and it's based on punk band X-Ray Spex, now, I LOVE X-ray Spex, so I was fucking ecstatic write ANYTHING to do with them. The only trouble is that;
*what the fuck do I say?
"X-Ray Spex will be performing here at the Camden Roundhouse in a few months, so everyone buy a ticket or get AIDS."
*Obviously a part of the preview will consist on a brief history on the band, but... "Yeah, they were like, big in the 70s, friends with Jonny Rotten, sang about consumerism, and the lead singer got run over by a fire engine."
....!
Finished effort will no doubt be posted here.
